Dan Raney

Dan Raney has extensive experience in various roles, including Chief Integration Officer at NIC MAP Vision since 2021. In this position, they successfully led employee integration efforts during a merger and contributed to the company's growth by developing HR standards and protocols.

Before that, Dan worked at National Investment Center from 2014 to 2021, where they served as Director of Product Solutions and Technology. During their tenure, they oversaw the data collection process for thousands of properties, built and maintained a custom data collection system, and ensured high-quality data standards.

Prior to NIC, Dan worked at Pandora in 2014 as a Business Relationship Manager, bridging the gap between business partners and technology solution providers.

From 2008 to 2014, they were a Data Architect at National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), where they designed and developed databases, implemented ETL systems, and managed data on thousands of contacts.

Dan also gained experience as a Sr. Developer at CoStar Group from 2006 to 2008, managing database development projects and contributing to large-scale database conversions.

Before that, they worked at Peace Technology as a Senior Systems Analyst from 2000 to 2006. In this role, they led web projects, managed network staff and server rooms, and provided database design and implementation support.

In 2014, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
