Amy Stark

Amy Stark has extensive experience in government technology, specifically in leading business operations and strategy as a General Manager. Amy has held various roles at Tyler Technologies, NIC Inc., UPS, and Genesis Financial Solutions. Amy's most recent role is as the General Manager & President of Tyler Oregon, where they are responsible for overseeing a team of technology professionals and ensuring quality outcomes for government partnerships. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of NIC Oregon and played a key role in the development of Gov2Go, a citizen-centric government services delivery platform. Amy also held leadership positions at NIC Inc. in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, and Colorado, where they worked on outsourced eGovernment portals. Amy began their career at NIC Inc. in Utah, where they held roles as the General Manager of Utah Interactive, the Director of Marketing, and an Account Manager. Amy also worked at UPS Logistics Technologies as a Global Alliance Manager and at Genesis Financial Solutions as a Business Development Manager. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated their expertise in government technology and their ability to lead successful partnerships.

Amy Stark obtained a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In September 2011, Amy received an ITIL Foundations certification from APM Group. Most recently, in July 2023, they obtained a certification titled "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn.
