From 2012 to 2018, they worked at NIC Inc., starting as a Service Desk Analyst/Desktop Support Technician and subsequently progressing to roles such as ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Developer I, and finally ServiceNow Developer II. Throughout their tenure at NIC Inc., Antonio played a key role in designing workflows, creating web service integrations, and performing daily administration tasks.

Antonio Griffin completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp from 2016 to 2017. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Network Administration from Centriq Training. From 2008 to 2009, Antonio studied Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Antonio also earned a diploma from Center Sr High School in 2008. In addition to their education, they obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA in July 2010.
