Kyle Cooney

Kyle Cooney has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. In 2013, they worked as a Programmer I at Computer Aid, Inc. In 2014, they became an Application Developer at the Pennsylvania Healthcare Cost Containment Council, where they created and maintained .NET applications. In 2015, they joined NIC Inc. as a Software Developer, focusing on web-based applications using the .NET framework. Kyle then took on the role of Project Manager, coordinating the development and implementation of a software platform for over 60 Pennsylvania State agencies. Most recently, they served as the Information Systems Technical Lead/Business Analyst III at NIC Inc., leading the discovery, design, and development of a Pennsylvania-specific implementation of a national licensing platform. Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated strong technical skills and the ability to fulfill various roles as needed.

Kyle Cooney attended Central Dauphin High School from 2005 to 2009. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from 2009 to 2013.
