Mary Capellan

Mary is Nicasio Design’s Administrative Coordinators. She has helped the organization in creating and executing production schedules, managing budgets, greeting and communicating with staff and clients, and maintaining effective workflow in the Nicasio virtual office. Mary is not only the Administrative Coordinator as she has also taken on many other duties regularly associated with Nicasio office and team management, which includes filing, tax matters, creating memos and reports, and performing other clerical duties. Her role requires and she greatly possesses active communication skills and is highly organized.
