Bayardo Martinez

Bayardo Martinez is currently the Product Director at Nicasource, where they lead a design team and manage product development. Previously, they held roles as a Product Designer and Art Director at various organizations, including ADN Genètica de Marcas and Grupo LAFISE, where they focused on UX/UI design and service design improvements. Bayardo is certified in Google Design Sprint methodologies from ITESO and has facilitated innovation workshops at Impact Hub Managua. With a background in Industrial and Product Design from the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua, they are passionate about service design and user experience.
