Carey Lai

Carey Lai is the Founder and Managing Partner of Conductive Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm established in June 2017, focusing on software, hardware, and technology-enabled services with $450 million under management. In addition to this role, Carey serves on the boards of Empowerly and evolvedMD and is a board observer for MoeGo and hireEZ. Carey Lai earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and participated in a study abroad program at HKUST Business School, where business studies were pursued.
