Alan Suares

Alan Suares has extensive experience in research and development roles in the consumer products industry. Alan started their career as a scientist at Elizabeth Arden in 1989 and later moved to Unilever HPC, where they managed a team of product development scientists and delivered numerous successful skincare product launches.

In 2003, Alan joined Noveon as the Manager of Technical Service and Applications, where they led the teams responsible for new product launches and drove double-digit annual sales growth. Alan reorganized the TS&A functions, resulting in improved customer service and increased new product speed to market.
