Grant Kashner

Grant Kashner has a diverse professional background, beginning with their role as a Certified Snowboard Instructor at Loveland Ski Areas in 2009. In 2008, they were an Assistant Director Kayak Program at Blue Star Camps. From 2010 to 2016, Kashner was a Senior Lead Instructor at Renaissance Adventure Guides. In 2013, they joined NexStep Products as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner. Lastly, from 2016 to present, Kashner has been the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Director of Sales at NICE Recovery Systems, a company headquartered in Boulder, CO that manufactures the NICE1 Cold + Compression Therapy Device.

Grant Kashner received their Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended The Out-of-Door Academy from 1995 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification from the American Red Cross in August 2008 and is also a Wilderness First Responder.
