Michael Ross has worked in the business industry since 1992. Michael founded Republic World Trade in 1992, and during six years of operations, the company exported in excess of US$500 million of precious and industrial metals and minerals. In 1997, they co-founded Russian Equity Partners (REP), an asset management company that managed Russian Equity Arbitrage Partners (REAP), a hedge fund focused on investing in public and private equities in the former Soviet Union. Michael helped to establish the legal structures for REP and REAP. In 2001, they co-founded jNetX and helped to establish the Company's international presence by setting up operations in APAC and LATAM. jNetX was acquired by Amdocs Ltd (NYSE: DOC). In 2012, Michael founded Nice Recovery Systems and served as its Founder and CEO.
