Vibha Kawatra

Vibha Kawatra has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vibha started their career as a Customer Service Representative at IBM Daksh Business Process Service Limited in 2007 and worked there till 2009. Afterwards, they joined Dell International as a Senior Technical Support Executive from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Vibha joined Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and held various roles of increasing responsibility. Vibha started as a Technical Trainer, then became a Lead Technical Trainer and Writer, and later a Lead BI Education Consultant. From 2018 to 2020, they served as an Education Manager, collaborating with parent companies, product companies, and IT services companies to develop courses and implement digitized education delivery. Vibha then worked as a Professional Services Manager before being promoted to Assistant Vice President and finally Vice President in the Education and Professional Services department, a position they hold currently.

Vibha Kawatra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The ICFAI University, Tripura. Prior to that, they completed their SSC and HSSC from M.G.M.Sr.Sec.School in Sec-6, Bhilai, with a focus on Science and Maths. Vibha has also received certification as a MicroStrategy Certified Trainer from Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
