Adam J. Antell

Adam J. Antell is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer engagement and implementation services. Currently serving as Director and Regional Services Delivery Leader for the Global Customer Office at NICE since August 2018, Adam oversees various strategic roles within the organization, having transitioned from Mattersight Corporation after its acquisition. Alongside this role, Adam contributes to the Northwest Chargers Hockey Association as President and Treasurer of the Board of Directors and has extensive coaching experience across multiple hockey teams. Previously, Adam held senior positions at Mattersight Corporation, where responsibilities included optimizing sales effectiveness and customer service across various industries, and directing quality assurance efforts. Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Lake Forest College.
