Amanda Mock is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Channel Marketing Manager at NICE CXone since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading B2B marketing and managing relationships with Global and Regional Systems Integrators to achieve lead generation and KPIs. Previously, Amanda held the position of Digital Channel Sales Manager at Iberdrola USA, launching a new sales channel in the Texas market and collaborating on brand strategy.
