Bill Bangs

Bill Bangs is an experienced design and user experience professional with a robust background in leading UX initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Design and User Experience at NICE since May 2023, Bill previously held notable positions at EagleView as Director of UX Operations and Senior Manager of UX Strategy, as well as at Boeing in various roles including Lead Facilitator and Program Owner for Product Design Sprints and Senior User Experience Architect for multiple applications. Bill's expertise encompasses user-centered design methodologies, particularly those honed through training by Apple, along with a strong history of driving digital transformation projects. With academic credentials including an MBA in Executive Leadership from the University of Denver and a BA in Philosophy from Boston University, Bill Bangs combines strategic leadership with a comprehensive understanding of user experience design principles.
