Byron Workman

Byron Workman serves as the Global VP of Sales Development at NICE since October 2024, previously holding the position of VP of Sales Development at Gong from August 2022 to November 2024, where significant improvements in various sales metrics were achieved. Before Gong, Byron worked at Adobe as the Head of Inside Sales and Sales Development for Adobe Workfront from December 2020 to August 2022, successfully promoting over 80 employees and hiring more than 100 junior sales reps while meeting sales quotas. Byron's earlier career includes impactful roles at Workfront, where notable revenue growth and employee engagement were realized, as well as leadership roles at Enfocus Solutions Inc., Ryma Technology Solutions, Telelogic, and other organizations, contributing to substantial sales achievements and operational excellence. Byron obtained a degree with a Marketing emphasis from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
