Carlo Solano

Carlo Solano has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as a Cybersecurity Operations Center Analyst at NICE CXone since June 2022. Prior to this role, Carlo worked at TaskUs as an Information Security Engineer from April 2020 to June 2022. Carlo's career in IT began at NEC Telecom Software Philippines, Inc. as a Network Administrator from February 2018 to March 2020, followed by a position as Senior System and Network Administrator at MicroSourcing from June 2016 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT System and Network Administrator at Polytechnic University of the Philippines from January 2013 to June 2016. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2006 and 2012.
