Chad Marden

Chad Marden has extensive experience in information security, vulnerability management, and business continuity across various organizations. Currently serving as a FedRAMP ConMon and Vulnerability Management specialist at NICE CXone since October 2021, Chad is responsible for developing and maintaining the continuous monitoring program for a FedRAMP Moderate environment. Previously, Chad held roles at L3Harris Technologies as an Information System Security Engineer and Senior Specialist in Cyber Intelligence, focusing on cybersecurity controls and compliance auditing. Chad's background also includes significant leadership positions in the Utah Army National Guard, where responsibilities ranged from managing IT security postures to overseeing technical customer support teams. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Salt Lake Community College.
