Chad Pritchard

Chad Pritchard is an experienced Product Manager at NICE CXone since September 2018, overseeing cross-functional teams to define product strategy and enhance customer experiences in B2B and B2C markets. Prior roles include Product Expert, where specialized knowledge and consultative skills were utilized to engage customers and improve product features. Between June 2014 and September 2018, Chad served as an Education Consultant at NICE Uptivity, leading training sessions and curriculum development while supporting sales efforts. Previous experience includes directorial roles in training and human resources at ContactUS Communications, training development at Affinion Group, and instructional roles at Cendant. Chad holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 1999.
