Cheryl Stewart possesses extensive experience in technical account management and customer success, currently serving as Lead Technical Account Manager at NICE CXone since August 2022. Previously held the role of Senior Technical Account Manager at TTEC and Technical Account Manager at InVision Group, where expertise in Avaya and Cisco phone systems, network connectivity, banking, and government contracts was developed.
