Cheyne Wagner is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at NICE since August 2024, Cheyne oversees global engineering efforts, strategic direction, and the integration of the Playvox business. Prior to this, Cheyne held multiple executive roles at Playvox, including Senior VP of Engineering, where contributions were made to cloud architecture and technology strategy following the acquisition by NICE. Cheyne's earlier career includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Agyle Time, where significant focus was placed on platform engineering and international product scaling, as well as leadership positions at SafetyCulture, Macquarie Group, Centrum Systems, King & Wood Mallesons, and eServGlobal. Cheyne holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
