David Gustafson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fields of analytics, artificial intelligence, and customer experience. Currently serving as VP and General Manager of Platform at NICE since August 2018, David oversees multiple lines of business including Analytics and Enlighten AI. Prior to joining NICE, David held several leadership roles at Mattersight Corporation from 2005 to 2018, including COO and General Manager, where the focus was on personality-based software applications. Earlier career highlights include executive positions at eLoyalty Corporation and a role as a Financial Analyst at ABN AMRO. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science from Colby College.
