Jody Detmer

Jody Detmer is a Cloud Architect at NICE, drawing on extensive experience as a technical project manager specializing in troubleshooting and customer service. They previously held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Client Support Engineer Tier II at NICE, where they improved cloud operations and supported call recording environments. Prior to this, Jody worked as a Systems Administrator and Network Administrator at various companies, where they managed IT needs, implemented solutions, and provided customer support.
