Abubakar Riaz

Abubakar Riaz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Abubakar is currently a Senior DevOps Engineer at Tkxel since 2022. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Punjab Group.

From 2018 to 2022, Abubakar worked at Jazz, where they held various roles such as Expert DevOps Engineer, Expert Development & Databases, and Specialist Development & Databases. During their time at Jazz, they implemented CI/CD in development workflows, orchestrated data marts using ELT, reduced technical debt by refactoring code, and handled protocol integration and mobile location integration.

Before their time at Jazz, Abubakar worked as a Microsoft Database Exam Trainer at EVS Professional Training Institute from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they trained cohorts in SQL Server query and administration and formulated course outlines.

Abubakar Riaz pursued a Programme on Project Management at Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Virtual University of Pakistan, starting in 2015 and graduating in 2024.

Abubakar'sundergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they attended Govt. College Of Science from 2004 to 2006 and obtained an Intermediate degree in General Science.
