Mark Mallah

Mark Mallah is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at NICE since January 2024, Mark previously held the position of General Counsel at LiveVox from November 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating sales agreements, managing a legal team, and leading compliance initiatives during the company’s transition from private to public status. Prior to that, Mark served as VP & Senior Corporate Counsel at SAFE Security from March 2004 to October 2010, managing legal and business functions and playing a pivotal role in complex financial transactions. Mark began a career in law as an Associate in real estate and construction law from March 1999 to March 2004 and holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester. Early in his career, Mark served as a Special Agent with the FBI from 1987 to 1996.
