Mridul Ummat

Mridul Ummat currently serves as Lead NOC Engineer at NICE since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in network operations and compliance. Prior roles include Strategic Sourcing Compliance Officer, Asset Officer, and Software Asset Compliance Specialist at Transport for NSW, focused on compliance tracking, software audits, and procurement activities. Mridul also worked as a Network Operations Analyst at Mastercard, providing technical support for global infrastructure, and held positions at Transport for NSW and Optus, delivering ICT support and incident management. Early career experiences include roles at Coles Express, NEC Australia, and Netcom Technologies, where Mridul developed skills in customer service, desktop support, and network testing. Mridul holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on networking and network security from Charles Sturt University.
