Neil Wilson

Neil Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Neil began their career at HP in 1999 as a Senior Support Analyst and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Neil worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at Citigroup. Neil then joined BT Global Services as a Voice Support contractor from 2007 to 2008, followed by a brief stint at Google as a Voice Support contractor. In 2008, Neil worked at Chester County Council as an Avaya IPT Support. Currently, Neil holds a position at NICE, where they have served as an APA Developer since 2009.
