Norbert Ong

Norbert Ong is a seasoned Cloud Network Engineer at NICE inContact since October 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including L2 Network Engineer at PT&T from August 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included project management and network change management. Prior to that, Norbert served as a Network Engineer in the NOC at PT&T and as a Service Assurance Engineer at TPG Telecom. Experience also includes a role as Project Engineer in Packet Core Network at Smart Communications, focusing on technical projects and mobile data services. Norbert began a career with an internship at Philippine Airlines after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University in 2014.
