Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the customer experience and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of International at TechSee since March 2025, Paul focuses on enhancing customer engagement through Computer Vision AI and Augmented Reality. Prior to this role, Paul held senior positions at NICE Ltd, where responsibilities included leading CXone, the leading cloud customer experience platform, as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Additional experience includes managing the International Business Unit at Five9, overseeing Northern Europe operations at Aspect Software, and leading sales and marketing efforts at Voxeo. Earlier in the career, Paul was Sales Director for EMEA at Nuance Communications, a key provider of speech and imaging solutions.
