Rick Austin

Rick Austin is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within telecommunications and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE since January 2024, Rick provides technical configuration and programming while modeling processes and data across various applications and databases. Prior to this, Rick was a Strategic Solutions Architect for UCaaS at Windstream, where Rick showcased technical and sales expertise in guiding customers on advanced cloud products. Rick's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager and Cloud Solutions Architect at Comm3, and as a Technical Engineer and project manager at Mitel Telecommunications, focusing on enterprise system design, installation, and maintenance. Rick began a career in telecom at Inter-Tel Technologies, managing installations and engineering large-scale projects. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from John Jay.
