Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson currently serves as the RVP of Sales - Nationals at NICE Ltd, a role assumed in February 2023, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through the CXone platform. Prior to this, Rick held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales West at Talkdesk from October 2020 to February 2023, contributing to advancements in cloud contact center solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager for the Western Region Mid-Market at RingCentral, Corporate Sales Manager for the Central Region at Citrix Online, and a Sales Representative at Iron Mountain. Rick began an academic journey at Calvin University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from January 1988 to January 1992.
