Santosh Awasare

Santosh Awasare is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Architecture for the Product Technology Unit at NICE Ltd since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing architectural governance for approximately 10 products developed by around 250 engineers. Prior to this role, Santosh held the position of Staff Software Architect at NICE Ltd from June 2015 to August 2020, leading the architecture for the Voice of Customer and Satmetrix products while creating and driving the product architecture roadmap. Santosh's career began at Tech Mahindra in August 1999, where a tenure as Senior Solutions Architect involved technical and solution architecture, delivery management, and pre-sales activities in the IoT/M2M, mobility, and telecom domains utilizing Java/J2EE technology. Santosh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, from 1995 to 1999.
