Swiki Kc

Swiki KC is an experienced UX and product designer currently working at NICE since June 2024. Previously, Swiki held the position of Product Designer at Playvox from December 2021 to October 2024 and served as a UX/UI Designer at YohoStay from February 2021 to November 2021. Additional experience includes a role as a UX Consultant for Glaucoma Australia, conducting usability tests and customer experience evaluations in late 2020, and completing the UX Design Immersive course at General Assembly Australia, where over 480 hours of training in Human Centered Design principles were undertaken. Earlier roles include customer service positions at MYER and MatchWorks, as well as internships and volunteer work with the Australian Red Cross focusing on community outreach and research in emergency services. Swiki holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from Murdoch University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
