Richard Colley

Richard Colley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and education. As an Area Engineer at NICEIC since April 2007, Richard provides technical assessment and support for registered electrical contractors in South Wales, based in Cardiff. Richard has also contributed to the education sector as a part-time instructor at multiple colleges, teaching various City & Guilds electrical courses to mature students between 2005 and 2013. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Officer for the RAF and an Electrical Engineer involved in the inspection and commissioning of electrical installations. Richard served as a WO1 ASM Artificer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for over two decades, providing technical support in a range of environments. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Higher Education Administration from UWIC and a Diploma in Engineering Management from the University of Greenwich.
