Clifford Filer Bscfcmi

Clifford Filer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Clifford started their career with South Wales Police in 1982 and held various positions within the organization, including Chief Superintendent and Head of Force Reform Program. During their time at South Wales Police, they took on additional responsibilities such as leading information management groups, representing ACPO Cymru at various boards, and overseeing various operational areas including firearms, roads policing, and VIP protection. In 2013, Clifford joined Niche Technology as a Senior Consultant, where they later became the UK Policing Advisor and the Director of Business Development for Australasia.

Clifford Filer obtained a BSc Hons in Biology from Aberystwyth University from 1976-1979. Later, they pursued an MBA from the University of South Wales from 1994-1997.
