Elizabeth Vass

Elizabeth Vass, MS-HRD, currently serves as a People Success Partner at Niche, where responsibilities include providing guidance and coaching throughout the employee lifecycle for a diverse workforce of 330 employees. Prior roles include People & Culture (HR) Business Partner and HR Generalist II at Camillo Properties, with a focus on establishing HR policies and supporting over 400 employees, as well as progressing through various HR roles at TEAM, Inc., where significant contributions included talent management and Workday implementation. Elizabeth also has experience in customer relations from the University of Houston and initial program staff experience at Camp For All.
