NICHIBAN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of medical products, adhesive tapes and adhesives, as well as related machinery and apparatus. The Medical Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of surgical tapes, dressing tapes and other types of tapes for medical use. The Tape Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tapes for non-heavy duty packaging, tapes for carton box, tapes for agricultural use and tapes for vehicles, as well as double sides tapes and others that are used at the office and in the home. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had three subsidiaries, two associated companies and one affiliated company.
