Previously, Joe held the role of Engineering and Maintenance Manager for North America at ADAMA US, where responsibilities included leading the engineering department, project management, and budgeting. As Regional Operations Manager at Continental Carbonic Products, Inc., Joe supervised operations across six manufacturing facilities, optimizing production and safety. At Fuel Tech, Inc., Joe advanced through roles from Project Manager to Manager of Regional Operations, focusing on cost management and operational efficiency. Joe's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing a repair department and supervising technicians. Joe holds an MA in IT Management and Security Management from Webster University and a BSAST in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
