Hiep Ly

Hiep Ly is an experienced product manager with a strong background in agriculture and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Nichino America, Inc. since January 2020, Hiep Ly manages a portfolio focused on insect, weed, disease control, and defoliation, while also leading the launch of a new fungicide. Previously, from November 2017 to January 2020, Hiep Ly held the position of Insect Control Product Manager and Global Strategic Marketing PMP at FMC Corporation, where responsibilities included global launch leadership for a new herbicide and establishing marketing best practices. Hiep Ly’s extensive experience at DuPont from March 2003 to October 2017 encompassed roles such as Global Marketing Manager, overseeing a $250 million R&D investment portfolio, and leading commercialization projects for innovative agricultural products. Hiep Ly began the professional journey as a Senior Research Chemist at Xerox, contributing to developments in chemical technology. Educationally, Hiep Ly holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from The Florida State University and a BS in Chemistry from Spring Hill College.
