Tracy MacNish

Tracy Macnish is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at Nicholas Associates Group since October 2024, Tracy previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at The Recruitment Co. from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Cordant Recruitment from April 2015 to January 2023 and as HR & Talent Development Advisor at Babcock International Group from February 2008 to April 2015. Tracy began a career in human resources as an HR Consultant at Alfred McAlpine between 2003 and 2008. Education was obtained from West Park Community School in Spondon.
