John Dethmer

John Dethmer is an experienced construction management professional with a comprehensive background in the building industry. Currently serving as Field Superintendent at Nicholas & Associates, Inc. since May 2009, John oversees the management and development of a variety of projects, including educational, residential, and industrial buildings. In addition to this role, John has been the CEO and COO of The Phoenix Group since 2007. Previous positions include Principal at Lakeland Homes, Vice President of Operations at Hoffman Homes, President of New Horizon Development Group, Director of Residential and Commercial Operations at Lexington Homes, and Principal at Jon Charles Homes, specializing in custom home building. John Dethmer earned a degree in Architecture with a minor in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
