Mitchell T Schroeder

Mitchell T Schroeder is a seasoned professional in project management and construction supervision, currently serving as Project Superintendent at Nicholas & Associates, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Mitchell held the role of PMP/Spancare at Spancrete Corporation from August 2012 to July 2022 and was a Project Manager at The Spancrete Group/Spancare for an extensive period from August 1985 to July 2022. During the tenure at Spancrete, Mitchell was instrumental in launching Spancare, a maintenance program for parking decks and precast buildings, which began in April 2015. Educationally, Mitchell completed high school at Arrowhead High School in Hartland, WI, from 1979 to 1983.
