The Nicholas Family of Companies is a second-generation, family owned and operated organization headquartered in Mount Prospect, Illinois, with additional offices in Wisconsin and Florida. We’re builders and developers. We’re property managers and sports venue operators. We’re sellers of doors, hardware, and artisan gifts. We’re entrepreneurs and restauranteurs. We’re a Family of Companies that’s distinctly different. Quite simply, we build and invest in communities.
