Kathleen M. Hoeffner

Kathleen M. Hoeffner, PMP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathleen M. began their career at Noyes Memorial Hospital as a Senior Medical Technologist, where they managed the Hematology Department and supervised staff. Kathleen M. also handled various clinical and administrative functions and ensured compliance with regulations and standards. Kathleen then transitioned into the role of LIS Coordinator, where they implemented a hospital-wide information system program with a focus on the laboratory operation. Kathleen M. collaborated with colleagues and vendors and led the Laboratory Core Group. At Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital, Kathleen served as a Systems Analyst for Clinical information technology, advising on strategies and directing project implementations. Kathleen M. Hoeffner, PMP has an extensive education history. In 1982, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, majoring in Medical and Chemical Technology. Kathleen M. then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Laboratory Management from SUNY Empire State College, which they completed in 1986.

In 1994, Kathleen pursued further education at Alfred University, where they obtained a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree in Community Services Administration. Building on their educational achievements, they enrolled at Boston University in 2006, where they completed a Master's Certificate in Project Management in 2008.

In addition to their academic background, Kathleen M. Hoeffner has obtained several certifications in their field. In November 2008, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, in 2008 they received a Certificate in LEAN Yellow Belt from Rochester Institute of Technology.
