Melanie Boudreaux

Melanie Boudreaux, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of the MBA Program, Assistant Professor, and Instructor of Management at Nicholls State University since July 2013. Previously, Melanie held the position of Human Resources Director at Environmental Safety and Health Consulting Services from June 2020 to August 2021, and served as Human Resources Manager at Power Torque Services, LLC, from September 2010 to July 2015. Additionally, Melanie worked as a Human Resource Administrator at K & B Machine Works, LLC, from May 2009 to August 2010. Melanie earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from the University of South Alabama between 2019 and 2022, and holds both an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Nicholls State University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Concentration in HR from Nicholls State University (2005-2008).
