Beth Gionfriddo

Beth Gionfriddo serves as the Associate Director of Career and Professional Development at Nichols College since July 2010, where responsibilities include leading event planning for the annual Career Fair, providing career coaching, and facilitating networking and employer relations. In addition, Beth co-chairs the Emerging Leaders Program, creating leadership event schedules and implementing leadership education within the college curriculum. Past roles include Director of Student Involvement, overseeing orientation and student organizations, and Assistant Director of the Center for Student Involvement, managing budgets and campus events. Prior experience includes managing the O'Connell House Student Union at Boston College and serving as a Graduate Assistant, with a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
