Liz Horgan has extensive experience in career and professional development, currently serving as the Director of the Career and Professional Development Center at Nichols College since July 2011. Previously, Liz worked as the Assistant Director of Career Services/Employer Relations at Clark University from December 2009 to July 2011, where counseling was provided to students across various undergraduate and graduate programs, and maximum employer capacity was achieved at the 2011 Career and Summer Internship Fair through proactive outreach. Before Clark University, Liz held various marketing, management, and human resource positions at Windsor Communities from June 1988 to December 2009, notably managing the college recruitment program at multiple institutions. Liz's early career also includes internships in career counseling at Assumption College, Nichols College, and Becker College. Liz earned a Master of Education in Student Affairs Counseling from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bryant University.
