Shayne Lynch

Shayne Lynch is an experienced lacrosse coach currently serving as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Nichols College since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shayne held the position of Associate Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at the College of the Holy Cross from August 2018 to November 2022, and was the Head Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at the Naval Academy Preparatory School from August 2015 to August 2018. Shayne's coaching expertise includes instruction in Man Down Defense and Close Defense, along with recruitment proficiency using FrontRush, scouting, and game planning with Gamebreaker. Additional responsibilities have included managing team academics, budgets, equipment, and social media marketing. Shayne began the coaching career as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Washington College from January 2011 to July 2015 and gained initial experience as an intern under the Athletic Director. Shayne holds a Master of Arts in History from Washington College and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Wesley College.
