Sarah Caddy has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience as a commercial lawyer and company secretary. Sarah has held roles at various companies, including Nichols plc, where they currently serve as the Legal Director. Prior to that, they worked as the Client Legal Director at The Legal Director, where they managed legal and company secretarial functions for a FTSE-listed PLC. Sarah also served as the Company Secretary & Head of Legal Policy at Communisis plc, and as a Solicitor at Redcats and Eversheds. Their expertise includes risk management, legal policy, and commercial law.
Sarah Caddy obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Durham University from 1994 to 1997. In 1997-1998, they attended the College of Law York to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Additionally, they earned a Commercial Law Diploma from Nottingham Trent University in 2003. Sarah also attended St Thomas More School in Blaydon from 1986 to 1994. Recently, in 2018-2019, they obtained a Chartered Company Secretary degree in Governance from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
