Luca Barison

Luca Barison has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Luca began their career at Rodio S.p.A. in 1995 as a Quality Control Engineer, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects. Luca then moved on to become a Senior Project Manager, leading and managing large and complex projects from initiation to execution.

In 2000, Luca joined Nicholson Construction as a Senior Project Manager in the Special Projects Group. Luca was responsible for site management, estimating project time and resources, and managing budgets and contracts. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Project Executive and then to Operations Manager, where they supervised and trained staff, managed the G&A budget, and provided guidance to Project Managers.

In 2013, Luca became Vice President of Special Projects, focusing on improving budget administration and financial results, as well as enhancing operational systems and policies. In their most recent role as the Senior Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Luca has been responsible for leading the work acquisition process, overseeing preconstruction phases, and developing a multi-billion dollar project pipeline.

Throughout their career, Luca has gained expertise in managing complicated, multi-technique projects in the private, public, and federal markets. Luca has a strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and delivering successful outcomes.

Luca Barison completed their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano [Polytechnic University of Milan] in Italy. Luca attended the university from 1987 to 1992.
