John Jennings

John Jennings has extensive work experience in various roles within sales, operations management, and continuous improvement. John is currently serving as the Director of Capital Sales at Nicholson Manufacturing Ltd. since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at the same company from September 2018 to May 2022. John also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Madill Equipment Canada from October 2019 to May 2022. John has previously worked as an Operations Manager and Service Manager at Westerra Equipment, a Production Manager at CORE Linepipe Inc, a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist at Suncor Energy, a Continuous Improvement Coach and Grease Plant Supervisor at Shell Oil Company, and a Continuous Improvement Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada. John's earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Pacific Turbine and as a Captain on the S/V Coolabah sailboat. John was also a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, EHS Coordinator, and Technical Service Representative at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they facilitated the company's ACE program and handled technical sales and aftersales service.

John Jennings attended Manukau Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Automotive (NZCE). In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications in various fields such as leading through change, process time reduction, 5S training, continuous improvement, turbo kaizen facilitation, lean practices, ACE associate, and human factors in aviation maintenance.
